The Minnesota Vikings announced the signing of Josh Rosen to their practice squad on Tuesday.

The 25-year-old from California is joining the Vikings after being waived by the Cleveland Browns on Oct. 10, 2022.
Originally a first-round pick by Arizona (10th overall in 2018), the UCLA product played in 14 games (13 starts) as a rookie and completed 217 of 393 passes for 2,278 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Rosen has never come close to living up to his pre-draft expectations. He lasted just one year in Arizona before he was traded to Miami, then lasted just one year with the Dolphins before he was cut. Since then he has spent time with the Buccaneers, 49ers, Falcons and Browns.
Nick Mullens remains the backup QB to Kirk Cousin in Minnesota but Rosen should fill that QB3 void.
