The Seattle Kraken end their road trip with a win against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Monday night. Monday's game was the third time in Seattle's last four that went to overtime. Brian Dumoulin opened the scoring for Seattle after burying the puck into an open net while Tampa goaltender Jonas Johansson was down. Soon after, former Tampa Bay forward Yanni Gourde would score against his old team to give Seattle a 2-0 lead. Only 29 seconds later, Tanner Jeannot would cut the lead in half, getting the Lightning on the board. Before the end of the first period, Kailer Yamamoto potted a power play goal, giving Seattle a 3-1 lead.
