Seattle Veteran Looking to Heat Up After Slow Start

Veteran forward Jordan Eberle, one of the team's leaders, is a player many are hoping can start finding the scoresheet.

Last season was a great one for Eberle, putting up 20 goals and 63 points, finishing third on the team in points and tied for fifth in goals with Oliver Bjorkstrand.

This year, the 33-year-old has been held to just one assist in six games to start this season and is a minus eight.

Luckily for the Kraken, tonight's opponent is one where Eberle has had success against in his career.

Jordan Eberle has scored 19 points in his last 17 games against the Red Wings with multipoint performances in 5 of the most recent 6 of those contests.

Eberle will skate on the first line right-wing spot tonight alongside Matty Beniers and Tye Kartye. Kartye's energetic play should inject some tenacity into this line as the Kraken aim to upset the Red Wings who are on a five-game winning streak.
