Along with the top prospects, a few players will look to make their mark innthids rookie camp.
Highlighting a few:
Tye Kartye, who was thrown into the NHL playoffs after the Matt Beniers injury, will be at the camp. The undrafted rookie had 57 points in 72 games last season in Coachella.
Ryan Winterton, Seattle's 3rd round pick in 2021 has been invited to the rookie camp. The 20-year-old had a shortened OHL season last year, putting up 36 points in 34 games.
Logan Morrison, who went undrafted has finally gotten a shot in the NHL. The 21-year-old has lit up the NHL in back-to-back seasons, scoring 100 and 94 points in those seasons. He will look to impress his coaches at his first Kraken camp.
Carson Rehkoft, Seattle's second round pick this season, will be joining the rookie camp. The 18-year-old will need to show the same compete level and offensive ability that he showed in the OHL last season. Rehkoft scored 59 points in 68 games on the Kitchener Rangers.
The Kraken's training camp will be going until Oct 9. It will be interesting to see what rookies catch the eye of head coach, Dave Hakstol.
