Two key players out for the Kraken in camp

Kraken prospect Kaden Hammell was playing Team Wolf as they faced off against Team Dewar on the first day of the Everett Silvertips training camp.

Another Kraken prospect, Julius Miettinen, is still on his way from Finland and hasn't joined the rosters yet. Fans are eager to see the Kraken's 2024 draft pick before the pre-season games start next weekend.

Hammell was joined in the morning skills practice by WHL Stars of Tomorrow player Bret Liske, along with current Silvertips players Cameron Systma, Julien Maze, Will Jamieson, Caden Brown, and Corbin Sanderman.

Coaching this year's camp are Silvertips alumni Wyatte Wylie, Hunter Campbell, Dawson Butt, and the team's new Head Coach, Steve Hamilton. Day two begins tomorrow at 9 a.m.
