Former NHL forward Adam Johnson tragically passed away Saturday night after being cut with a skate while playing a game in England. The 29 year-old was playing for the Nottingham Panthers in the EIHL. Johnson had spent five years with the Pittsburgh Penguins organization, playing primarily in the AHL for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
