The Seattle Kraken are making more roster moves as they prepare for the upcoming NHL season. Today, the team announced that several players have been reassigned to the Coachella Valley's training camp.
A surprising cut out of this group is Jacob Melanson as he has made a strong case for making the team out of camp. During yesterday's game Melanson scored his first professional goal with the Kraken and was very noticeable on the ice.
He wasn't afraid to throw his body or stir the pot up, getting into multiple scrums throughout the game.
As the Kraken fine-tune their roster for the upcoming season, these players will have the chance to showcase their abilities and strive for a future spot on the NHL team.
