The Kraken announced a player transaction this morning involving top prospect David Goyette.
The transaction will see Goyette headed to the Coachella Valley Firebirds from the Sudbury Wolves of the OHL.

The Firebirds had an unbelievable season and have a bye to the division semifinals were they will play the lowest seeded team that moves on.
Goyette was drafted 61st overall in the second round of the 2022 draft by the Kraken. The 20 year-old forward spent the last few years in Sudbury where he had an incredible season this year with 117 points in 68 games.
Hopefully Goyette's play will translate to the pro-game where he will now have to play against men in the AHL playoffs.
